New to Migraine Book? The Migraine Book Guide walks through every feature, with screenshots.
Need help with Migraine Book on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch? Email [email protected], or send an iMessage to the same address. Tell us which device you're using and what happened, and we'll get back to you.
The quickest way is from the app: Settings → Support → Email Support. It attaches technical details that help us find the problem, never your migraines' days, names, posts or replies, and you can see them before you send.
Logging
Tap Log Migraine at the bottom of Home, tap the tablets you took, and Save. To log or change another day, tap it in the week or the calendar. Days still to come can't be logged.
Syncing and sharing
Migraine Book syncs through your own iCloud account, so there's nothing to sign up for. Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on each device. If your migraines aren't showing on another device or for the people you share with, check that you're signed in and online, and that your iCloud storage isn't full; Migraine Book's Settings tells you when iCloud needs attention.
To see someone's migraines, go to Settings → Ask Someone to Share and search for their username. They need a username with Let Others Find Me turned on, and they approve you first. To let someone log for you, choose Can Log for them in Settings → You're Sharing With.
The Community
Anyone can read the Community. To post, reply or react you need iCloud, a username, and to agree to the Community Guidelines. Report anything that breaks them from the post's menu: posts reported by several people are hidden until they're reviewed. If you're in danger or thinking of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number.
Coming from the old Migraine Book
Your migraines come across by themselves the first time Migraine Book syncs with your iCloud account. Make sure you're signed in to the same iCloud account you used before, and online.
Migraine Plus
Everyone gets a free week of Migraine Plus from the day they first download, with no payment details needed. After it, logging, the calendars, the last six months and the Community stay free. Migraine Plus adds the Apple Watch app, widgets, Siri and Shortcuts, sharing with more than two people each way, and your whole history. It's yearly or a one-time lifetime purchase, and supports Family Sharing.
Purchases belong to your Apple Account, so they come back on any device signed in with it; use Restore Purchases on the plans if one doesn't. To change or cancel the yearly plan, use Manage Subscription in Migraine Book's Settings, or your App Store account settings.
Your data and privacy
We can't see your migraines. Read the Migraine Book Privacy Policy for what's kept where, what's public, and how to delete your data.
